You will find that having a plan in place removes the out of control feelings you have!
You’ll find that taking control of the situation will lift a heavy burden on your shoulders. In fact achieve this mental “headspace” is fantastic.
Imagine yourself in control of all aspects of communication and contact with your ex. Experience the thrill of the reality of how situations will play out.
Compare that to how you feel right now, so big difference?
You’re very first step is simply realize where you are today and where you might be right now, for exactly the same moment in time but in control. Building a strategy for winning back your ex-partner, or simply a strategy to deal with the emotions that affect your life right now!
You will find the advantages of doing this will improve your mental outlook tenfold!
