The general consensus among health experts is that doing cardio activity early in the morning, before breakfast, is the most beneficial time to do exercise. A low intensity working such as jogging at a moderate pace, or keeping your heartbeat around 60-70% of your maximum has been proven to be the best combination for burning fat! I know this sounds too scientific, but it is actually very easy to find out what your heart rate is! The best way to do this is to use the equipment at your gym, as they have built in heart rate monitoring equipment! So what are you waiting for? Get out there and exercise today!

Exercise is only half of the equation, though! The other piece of the puzzle is diet. A good, healthy diet will be a very important component to go along with your exercise regiment. Weight loss can be just as challenging as exercise, as it requires you to change another important and hard to break aspect of your life: what you eat. There are many different dieting methods, but the best methods will feel the most natural! If you can start a good exercise routine and whip yourself back into shape, he will definitely notice and probably even want to run or go to the gym with you! This is an awesome thing, as you have now been exercising regularly for awhile now and will probably be able to outrun him! Do these things and you will win him back in no time at all!
